Subscription questions

Do subscriptions renew every month?
Yes. After the first payment the plan renews automatically each month. Cancel anytime before the next cycle; you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
What do monthly credits include?
Each paid plan tops up a credit allowance every month. Jobs spend credits by length and resolution — about 1 credit for 5 minutes of 1080p video. The exact cost is shown above the Compress button before you start.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits are meant for that billing cycle. If a compression job fails or expires, those credits return to your balance automatically. Credits are not transferable and cannot be cashed out.
Can I upgrade or change plans?
Pick the plan you want here and confirm at checkout. If your payment provider prorates a switch, you will see the amount before you pay. Downgrades start after the current paid period.
Can I get a refund?
A first-time subscription may be refunded within 14 days if you have not used that plan’s credits. Renewals and used credits are not refundable. Full rules are in Subscription Policies.
