Refund Policy

Refunds are part of our broader billing rules. The full text lives in Subscription Policies. Summary:

• A first-time subscription payment may be refunded within 14 days if that plan's credits have not been used (or we refund the unused portion).
• Renewals, repeat purchases, and change-of-mind after using credits are not refundable.
• Forgetting to cancel before renewal is not a refund ground — cancel to stop the next cycle.
• If a compression job fails or expires, credits for that job are returned automatically (this is not a cash refund).
